Ed Dicken got his BA from St. John’s University in 1980.  He got his diploma in Computer Engineering from New York University in 1983.  In 1984 Ed founded Computer Surgeon, a computer service company located in Plainview.  Computer Surgeon repairs computers, installs and services networks, removes viruses and recovers data.  The clients include large corporations as well as home users.  You can read more about Computer Surgeon at www.computersurgeon.com.  Ed been a POBOTS mentor since 2011.
