Alan Rappaport (Rap)

“Rap” has been with the POBots since it’s inception in the 2000 competition year. He has has been there for out two first place wins in 2000 & 2001 and our Chairman’s awards in 2009 & 2014.  His 16 years of dedication to the values of FIRST ROBOTICS and the POBots has awarded him the 2010  “Woodie Flowers Award” as an outstanding mentor on Long Island .

“I am continuously inspired by the achievements and dedication of our students in POBots. That says it all.”
